Job Respsonsibilities：
1. Develop training plan by identifying training needs based on business needs for business function
2. Develop and improve function’s training curriculum based on business and capability needs
3. Manage 3P and coordinate internal expertise to develop training course
4. Follow up training/workshop

Job Requirements:
1. Relevant Business experience + willing to be trainer or Sales Training background
2. Logical and strategic thinking
3. Fluent English in Written and Oral, especially for CM AM’s role
4. For the KC CB AM role, need people has KC experience but willing to transfer to Training or Sales training background
