Job Responsibilities:
Based on HR policy and process, provide on HR partner support to line managers and employees for all HR operations to ensure smooth delivery of HR services , prompt support to business, and proactively add value to business:
1. Organization Development
• Implementation of program, initiatives and implement activities to improve work environment (culture)
• Facilitate organization changes, provide business with valuable HR solution to make sure smooth changes
2. Proactively build talent pool
• Apply existing and identify new tools for attracting talents
• Proactively build talent pool from both internal and external
• Work closely with internal partners such as Peoplelink & vendors to provide quality & speedy recruitment to meet business needs
3. Talent development
• Successfully deploy company talent development programs such as FRC
• Proactively facilitate talent move ( within CD, within company) based on talent development needs
4. Employee Relations management
• Smooth handle employee issues
• Deploy Labour contract law knowledge into daily work, provide professional advice to business to manage potential employment risk
5. Compensation & Benefits management
• Facilitate rewards adjustment , meet both business needs and rewards guideline
• Deploy Rewards relating company initiatives to responsible departments

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferable in HR management from FMCG industry & MNC
2. 3-5 years working experience, prefer experience as HR generalist or key functions
3. Business oriented, strong interpersonal skills, good at communication and influencing
4. Open minded, willing to learn, be able to work under pressure
5. A self-starter with positive thinking and team work spirit
6. Good language skills both in oral and written
