职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
The role is primarily to act as the principle point of contact for permanent transferees (local plus in China) and HR stakeholders, at the pre-assignment, on-assignment and post-assignment phases.
- Principle point of contact assignees through all stages of the assignment life-cycle: pre-assignment, on-assignment, physical relocations and repatriation;
- Policy and assignment briefings to the business and assignees;
- End to end case transfer responsibilities and providing on-going support where required;
- Ensuring accuracy of documentation for assignees;
- First level reviews of payroll instructions and balance sheets;
- Ensure assignee and business adherence to policies, procedures and processes;
- Advising the business on cost data and accruals;
- Country level contact for HR and Other Stakeholders;
- Liaison with payroll, home and host country business units, Outsourced HR Services and Administration;
- Liaison with Global Mobility Business Centre for data analysis and reporting;
- Initiating 3rd party suppliers for Immigration, Healthcare, Tax, Social Security and Relocation services;
- Reviewing and analyzing data contained within PeopleSoft HR;
- Provide Mobility and Reward data as required to multiple internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, Pensions, Payroll etc.;
- Ensure integrity of data between Unilever and multiple 3rd parties such as Accenture, Ernst & Young, BUPA, and Crown Relocations;
- Assist in development and maintenance of database systems, salary review calculation tools and analytical techniques;
- Review and Analysis of New Initiations to determine appropriate policy type and ensure accurate and complete information;
- Administering Employee Job and Data changes;
- Maintaining case file as required;
- Preparation and review of Assignee Cost Estimates.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years+ Global Mobility experience;
- Experience in liaising and communicating with multiple
Customer oriented mindset;
- Strong organization and administrative and skills essential;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Analytically minded with good numerical ability;
- Ability to produce quality reporting;
- Ability to build effective relationships across different language/cultural and organisational styles;
- Ability to work with a broad, virtual team stakeholders across regions;
- Extensive administrative experience;
- Experience in PeopleSoft HR and working with HR data is highly desirable.
