Job Responsibilities:
- Update demand forecast on weekly basis according to S&OP process and relevant business principles by baseline generation, event planning and market intelligence understanding;
- Review forecast accuracy loss tree closely and drive continuous improvement together with business partners;
- Understand supply chain operation deeply and become the contact window with sales and marketing team to provide efficient support;
- Drive KPI improvement on service, stock and cost through any opportunities apart from forecast accuracy improvement;
- Follow function requirement on reporting and submit report ontime with good quality and accuracy.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor, about 3-5 years in planning area;
- Fully operational knowledge of supply planning skill& working knowledge of demand planning and production scheduling;
- Strong communication and co-ordination skills;
- Be familiar with Planning & ERP system;
- Logical thinking and data sensitive.
