Job Responsibilities:
- Global Strategy building and execution:
- Accountability for global strategy development for all Fillers within Unilever
- Engage Cluster and Procurement Operations Community for delivery of the global strategy and push execution everywhere.
- Drive aggressively the global Cash / Cost agenda (VIP, ADBR, Payment Terms)
- Further accelerate LCC (Leading Competitive Countries) Sourcing for the portfolio in line with global aspirations
- Ensure full buy in of business partners in Supply Chain, R&D and Brand Development into the Inorganics Strategy.
- Build a strong link to MET (Material Expert Team) and drive global Material Strategies
- Provide market insights and market movements for accurate Forecasting, that are critical for the success in the HomeCare Category

- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Build and manage Global Supplier Relationships, accelerate building a direct Supply Base in origin
- Conduct global negotiations and tenders and agree allocation to Clusters and suppliers.
- Drive global supplier optimization program
- Identify new Suppliers and Supply Markets
- Engage suppliers on Unilever's Innovation agenda responding to Category needs
- Quality improvement programs with suppliers
- Develop and agree cost models for main material clusters
- Global Supplier Performance Management
- Drive smart Cash Flow optimization projects (VMI, Consignment stocks, DaH reduction)

- General:
- Drive the Non-Renewables (Sustainability) Agenda for the portfolio in line with the Unilever Sustainability Living Plan.
- Global Crisis Management (Calamity, risk management, trade off s) in conjunction with Cluster Procurement Managers
- Drive optimization of Supply Chain Tax models for respective portfolio
- Co-operate and provide input to the "Low Cost Business Model" Team
- Translate Category Growth Plans into Supplier Capacity Expansion Plans and execute

Job Requirements:
- University degree, Chemistry preferred;
- Procurement experience, Supply Chain/Logistics Insights, Multinational experience a plus, solid financial understanding;
- Skilled at Supply Market Intelligence and Analysis, Supply Strategy Development and Implementation, Supplier Selection and Development;
- Integrating Supplier Value into the Business;
- Knowledge of local cultures, Fluent in English, preferably Spanish as well;
- Excellent communications skills, team worker.
