任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；
2、十年以上铝幕墙或铝天花销售工作经验；三年以上同等职位（总经理）工作经验；
3、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系，业绩优秀；
4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
5、有较强的事业心、责任心，良好的领导能力。
岗位职责
1、全面主持集团下属企业管理工作，制订企业中长期发展战略规划；
2、根据集团发展战略规划，制定年度经营计划并组织实施；
3、搭建高效组织和团队，培育及选拔优秀人才，组织制订公司管理机构的设置方案和基本管理制度；
4、审定营销计划、发掘市场机会，实现公司业务和投资回报的稳步、快速增长，提升品牌形象；
5、全面负责工厂运营管理，在财务、人力资源、市场运营、生产计划、成本控制、质量管理等方面有较强的领导和控制能力；
6、对本行业的市场环境、发展前景有深刻的理解，能准确把握行业发展趋势，实现企业发展目标。
