Job Responsibilities:
Support the Skin Category Finance Manager GC/NEA in providing finance business partnering to the Regional Skin Category brand development teams including:
1. Review financial performance against the agreed business plans/forecast and performance of innovations in the market;
2. Monitor and evaluate the category investment decisions and ensure innovation plans are agreed with key markets;
3. Provide financial input into innovation projects, from Ideas to post launch evaluation;
4. Develop the use of various financial tools, namely implementation of standard business case and application of risk modelling tools;
5. Develop strategic and financial business plans for key strategic markets;
6. Interface with the supply chain finance team to drive value improvement initiatives;
7. Understand the external market performance and influencers to drive the category financial agenda;
8. Drive category cost control and forecasting;
9. Manage relationship with key advertising and packaging agencies to manage outstanding balances;
10. Ad hoc projects or analysis.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting;
- Any accounting qualification is an advantage;
- Good logical thinking and ability to elaborate, structure and analyse mass data;
- Time Management and ability to work under pressure to deliver within tight timelines;
- Good Knowledge of Accounting Principles;
- Business Partnering Skills and ability to communicate effectively;
- Passionate about business and open to new ideas;
- Growth Mindset;
- Consumer and Customer Focus
