职位：Warranty Specialist（6个月）

工作职责：
1.Handling & follow up claim problems caused by DMS interface by receive requests from WRDMS; make the prompt follow-up within 48 hours and positively connect with IT department to improve the DMS quality. Generally responsible of all the system related issues
2.Approval of PA request(including but not limited goodwill request, the special range parts replacement by WPPM etc) within 4 hours
3.Claim processing in QW90 for the designated dealers within 2 working days
4.PO(pending order) & PQ (pending Question) in QW90 for the designated dealers within 2 working days
5.Handling & follow up rejected claims petitions of designated dealers from WRCLAIM ;Make the prompt follow-up within 48 hours
6.Weekly/Monthly/Annually Report preparation as required
7.Work innovatively to make every effort to improve warranty KPI to ensure customer satisfaction 、dealer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

PC and office skills: Very good
