Job description:

Develop *** and Social commerce strategy, business plan and customer management.

1．Develop and execute *** and social commerce brand business plan, achieve business target and gain share in EC channels.

2．Analysis marketing dynamics and develop brand opportunities in different channels, enhance brand awareness by managing online portfolio, product page and perfect store online.

3．Co-work with internal brand team and site team, design activities and brand development plan which fit into customer needs and brand strategy.

4．Budget planning and control, manage B&MI investment to optimize ROI and achieve P&L target.

5．Develop and land brand lead campaign, collaborate E-retailers and internal resource to drive off take.

Requirement:

1．Bachelor degree or above, fluency in both written and spoken English, skillful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint.

2．3 year+ experience in FMCG, in eCom, KC, Customer/Trade Marketing or Marketing.

3．Excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams.

4．Self-motivation and ability and drive to work independently.
