职位描述

Our client is a Multinational Company, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-


- Recruitment
- Manage the whole recruitment process (starting from JD modification to the offered made) to align with defined guideline and channels
- Proactively propose for improvement of recruitment process efficiency and identification of right talent in appropriate timeline
- Understand the job requirement, identify the cost efficiency searching approach, conduct the selection process using the competence or behavior interview assessment. Help the line manager to evaluate and make the proper decision on the hiring
- Understand the recruitment market and practice in local country and make the proper proposal including exploration of most cost efficiency approach.
- Conduct new hire orientation and exit interview
- Compensation and Benefit
- Administers HR programs and services (Annual Salary Planning, ICP planning, performance management process, etc.) for local country
- Fully understand the latest China Statutory requirement and work out the impact analysis to WD and proposal.
- Collect the salary and benefit statistical data and make suggestions for WD pay competitiveness
- Support HR Director in all related C&B project
- Performance Management
- Works with managers on job scoping, reclassifications, job descriptions, pay and promotional decisions
- Coaches managers and employees on performance improvement/corrective action
- Proactively recognizes potential employee relations issues and takes or recommends appropriate corrective action
- Employee Communication
- Advises employees and managers on application of HR guidelines, policies, processes, practices and programs
- Exhibits and promotes company values
- Conducts investigations and responds to employee grievances with some independence;
- consults with supervisor or more senior HR staff regarding complex issues
- Training
- May assist managers in identifying training needs, scheduling and coordinating training and collecting training documentation
- Coodindate the Delivery of HR training
- Compliance
- Interprets company policies and guidelines, and independently
- Follows standard internal processes (employee status changes, leaves, etc.)
- Upholds all HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with all statutory laws at the same time as ensuring fair and equitable treatment for WD employees
- Proposes revisions to HR guidelines, policies, processes, practices and programs for alignment
- Designs and makes changes to new hire orientation, on-boarding and other BPS processes, working across other areas of HR as applicable
- Proactively seeks out information about employment law, and shares information with colleagues
- Works on continuous improvement of HR processes, which may include heading up a team of people to develop and administer the changes


Requirements:-


- Able to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and guidelines, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees
- Able to calculate figures and amounts such as commissions, proportions, percentages
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors, and management in a professional manner
- Able to remain calm in confrontational or tense situations
- Able to deliver potentially negative news to employees and managers in accordance with company values
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Very familiar with China employment laws and regulations and how it impact to the organisation
- Ability to apply both the law and company's human resources policies, guidelines, practices and procedures to deal appropriately with situations
- Able to solve issues involving a number of abstract variables in many non-routine situations Proficient at using a PC; highly proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the internet, e-mail,
- HRIS, salary analysis and planning tools
