1、负责公司天猫旗舰店店铺推广、提高店铺点击率和浏览量，完成店铺销售目标；

2、精通淘宝直通车、淘宝客、钻展等淘宝站内外营销推广方法。精准优化直通车关键词，创意质量，提高质量得分，合理竞价排名，匹配精准人群；有钻展实操经验；

3、能够根据消费者和产品的特点制作相应创意，合理圈定人群，并善于总结经验；

4、根据网站的特点，确定网站推广的目标和推广的方案，使用付费推广工具，自由调控成本，实现宝贝的精准推广，增加流量，降低成本；

5、每日监控并向提供营销数据、交易数据，根据实际情况提出建议，调整店铺的经营策略。

6.有单品爆款推广经验者优先考虑.

任职要求：

1、2年以上相关行业工作经验；

2、熟知天猫淘宝卖家规则,交易流程,店铺推广方面的知识，熟悉聚划算、直通车、淘宝客、钻石展位等工具，并善于总结经验，为达到销售业绩提供决策；

3、有创新思维和创新能力，能够对竞品和消费者需求进行分析，归纳，并做成判断；

4、具有一定的数据统计、数据分析能力。
