3. 校园员工薪酬数据的审核（每月）

Audit salary data of kindergarten employees (monthly).

4. 各校园年度奖金及调薪实施及审核

Kindergarten’s annual bonus and salary increase implement and audit

5. 负责全国各城市薪酬调查

Responsible for the salary investigation of each city

6. 根据年度工资调整额度进行薪资架构调整及全员调整

According to the annual salary adjustment amount revised salary structure and national staff salary increase.

7. 收集，统计，整理和分析校园的考核相关信息

The collection, statistics, sorting and analyzing the kindergarten employees appraisal related information.

8. 辅助校园修订员工岗位绩效及监督评估结果

Auxiliary kindergarten revised employee job performance and supervision and evaluation results.
