Position Summary

-            Ensuring LCIE China maintain, implement and improve management systems.

-            Ensuring process and procedure meet or exceed client requirements and BVCPS objective.

-            Coordinate, manage and monitor the records and status of all equipment and ensure them meet the regulations and requirements of testing business in LCIE China.

-            Establish HSE system.

HSE Responsibilities

-            Development, implementation & maintenance of HSE management system;

-            Follow up HSE requirements from BV Global HSE requirements;

-            Complete HSE introduction Training monthly;

-            HSE internal audit implementation;

-            Fire Drill organization;

-            Accident, Incident and near-miss collection, reporting and investigation;

-            Collection HSE management system performance for top management review, including recommendations for improvement.

-            Monthly Safety checking implementation, preventive action and corrective action for any NC.

-            Any newly hazards and impacts should be evaluated and added into the relative risk assessment list.

-            Monitoring the HSE status at workplace, like the controlling of hazards and impacts, PPE appropriation, etc.

QHSE

-            Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of ADT China

Skills & Requirements

-            Be familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001 and other international/national standards .Have the certification of ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001.

Education & Experience

-            2 working years experience in electrical product tests

-            Good command of spoken and written English.

-            Good knowledge of electrical product safety in ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001.
