Responsibilities:

1. Provide Auchan Retail China quarterly reporting in accordance with Auchan Retail IFRS rules.

2. Prepare monthly accounting and tax reports and any other statistical document in a format and at a rate defined by local standards.

3. Prepare disclosures and comments for Auchan Retail China.

4. Maintain the tax and accounting policy in accordance with local standards.

5. With his/her counterpart in the Performance Department, in charge of quarterly reconciliation between the IFRS Auchan Retail profit and loss account and the operating profit and loss account issued by Performance department.

6. Monitor the achievement of half-year pre-closings in order to inform and validate with financial director and local auditors the main closing options.

7. Implement a detailed quarterly analytic review of the Balance sheet and Cash Flow Statement, and report the results and lessons learned, to the local management.

8. Maintain accurate, correct and complete transactions in the reporting reflecting the Country’s business.

9. Review documents issued to third parties and which may have financial consequences toward them.

10. Ensure coordination with external auditors; Supervise the audit works carried out so that auditors can report their findings in a timely manner.

11. Ensure the implementation of the action plans to implement the action plans arising out of the recommendations of internal/external auditors.

Requirements：

1. More than 5 years working experience in financial reporting, with big 4 working auditing experience is a plus.

2. Bachelor degree, stable knowledge of IFRS,CAS and proficient in relevant tax laws and regulations;

3. Accountant certifications, CPA, ACCA or other certificate at a similar level;

4. Excellent communication skills, fluency in both oral and written English, French is a plus;

5. Good skills in OFFICE software, Oracle and others Financial systems;

6. A good team player, embraced to changes and can work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
