Job description
B2B & Commerce solution is a strategic solution of IBM SWG. In the last 2 years, we not only took ownership of many components, but also supported sales and service teams on customer engagement and deployment, to grow China market. As one product of the family, WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) provide out-of-the-box capabilities to integrate a range of industry standard data formats with your enterprise infrastructure, and enable developers to accelerate the delivery of transformation solution by providing predefined type tree templates, conversion maps, and in some cases provide validation maps and tools to remove risk from projects that require conformance to mandatory and advisory guidelines required by the industry service provider. Since this year, we start to take over all PE/performance of WTX in CDL and work with US WW team to do performance analysis and measurement and capacity planning development.
The candidates will be responsible for WTX SVT/performance testing. He/she needs to write test plan, develop and execute test cases according WTX scenarios on windows/Linux/AIX/Solaris/zOS platforms. He needs to do performance analysis and performance measurement, provide the input for capacity planning tool development, he/she also needs to support WTX customer from worldwide.
Required Skills:
· Strong technical skills/experience on Java, J2EE, Ruby
· Strong technical skills/experience on WAS/MQ/DATABASE development/administration
· Quick learner with strong problem determination/solving ability
· Fluent in both spoken and written English
· Open minded, pro-active, and self-motivated
· Deep knowledge/experience on performance testing is a plus
· Basic knowledge of zOS operation, including JCL, ISPF and SDSF is a plus
· Previous experience in product support or familiar with IBM software support process is a plus
