职位描述


Fully support commercial/sales team to execute divisional commercial for daily operational request.

  • Manage sample and market gift application, create sample expenses reports to assist the team in input-output analysis.
  • Support market analysts in collating monthly dealer inventory data, managing databases and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support the routine cross-function monthly meeting so that ensure it is well organized.

Provides timely, accurate, and relevant market and customer intelligence inform and enhance the KA ‘s strategic plan execution

  • Develops and maintains sources of information that provide relevant and timely information / insights into targeted markets and customers.
  • Support KA Mgr. on monthly sales annual forecast management.
  • Coordinate between sales team and CSR team, which to take deep dive on D-contract rebate/relatives rebates analysis and report out
  • As the team information center, initially screen customers at the beginning of each year to assist account managers to redefine customers and budget.
  • Develops processes and assumptions to complete key process where there are gaps.

Support KA manager to monitor the execution process of commercial contract/Rebate

  • As a team communication window, manage and optimize various workflows related to team and coordinate relevant internal communication.
  • Support key account managers to sign contracts, provide corresponding data support, complete the company's internal approval process and archive.
  • Support on one-time rebate accrual, accounting and application.
  • Manage the monthly data of the D contract, communicate with the dealer in time, calculate the D contract rebate, submit the rebate on time and review the invoice to ensure compliance.

Identify & respond to sales enquires

  • Assist key account managers in managing SFDC sales opportunities.
  • Leads tracking

Various other duties as requested by the department manager

  • Support the meeting of KA department
  • Support the team or sales manager on team ER apply for



Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of sales experience

· Work experience in a Commercial function.

· Successful track record of performance in chosen field.

· Demonstrated track record of completing extensive analysis and data interpretation.
