Job description
1. Provides leadership for Account delivery Team
Assists the PE in managing customer satisfaction.
Serves as a single point of contact to the PE for service delivery.
Manages all delivery communications.
Ensure CSAT and maintain Green CHIP status for Asia Pacific region Delivery.
Ensure relevant governance /interlock with sending/receiving geo service lines.
Ensure regular reporting on service delivery performance
Interlocking with senior Management in ITD to discuss process improvements for productivity gains
Review service line performance (overall view) and devise improvement plans as required
Facilitate a One-Team operation from ITD- Facilitate technical support
Integrate services to meet service level agreements and budgets
Responsible for service quality, service delivery performance and drives service excellence
Define, Own Service/Quality Improvement plan
Lead discussions on operational Issues & ensure resolution of issues
Ensure Engagement and Transition Activities are completed on time for existing accounts.
2. Contract Management
Authoring SOW, Periodic review & updates through Change Process
Manage the delivery commitments according to the contract or SOW (Statement of work)
Own delivering
3. Cost/ Recovery and Financial Interlock Management
Owns cost & recovery
Cost Case preparation & approval
Ensure availability of relevant financial interlocks (ICAs) with sending/Receiving geo and ensure adequacy of funding
Own cost including annual cost plan negotiations with Sending/receiving account DPE
Ensure accuracy in Billing & reporting - Review, plan & approve infrastructure requirements for account

10+ Years Of desired experience required
Years of experience in job function - 5+ Years
Service Delivery experience in Infrastructure domain is must
Infrastructure domain knowledge is essential
Project Management Experience is essential
These positions are for Customers from Asia Pacific Countries
24 x 7 availability during escalations
