About the role

This position is responsible for managing costs associated with Cost of Sales, Distribution Center and a portion of Divisional. Responsibilities included providing cost/expense guidance to Logistics, Company Planning and Store Planning to ensure target earnings are achieved.

What you'll do

1. Divisional & Marketing Expenses

• Responsible for overhead expense forecast and budget. Includes working with business partners to understand overhead spend timing and amount
• Provide support to the SFNY business partners

• Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting for the cost of sales spread lines in the P&L
• Liaise with Production team, GIS and Merchants on the tracking of Fabric liabilities and ensuring that adequate reserves are made and approved liabilities are settled timely
• Liaise with Production team, DC and GIS to ensure that vendor recovery are processed timely

• Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting of the DC expense
• Assist the Corporate Logistics team by providing the relevant for the monthly metrics reporting
• Provide analytical support to the Logistics team and also to Corporate DC Finance team

• Provide assistance on any adhoc projects that are related to the above areas
• Essbase administration

Who you are

• Intermediate accounting / bookkeeping skills.
• Strong PC skills (primarily Word and Excel related spreadsheet)
• Analytical skills
• A good team player
• Flexibility in performance under rapid growth environment
• intermediate English level
• Finance/ Business Degree at college
• 4 or 5 years of FP&A experience
