Job Description:
 Lead the SOA/BPM solution consulting/design/implementation based on IBM solution, products and methodology
 Responsible for the end-to-end architecture of the overall solution and be the decision maker for the architectural design
 Play technical architect roles in real consulting or delivery projects
 Lead the technical team in project delivery, and responsible for the end to end solution architecture design
 Provide recommendations on technology decisions & directions to the project team and client
 Apply architectural principles, guidelines, standards, reference architecture, patterns & frameworks to deliver consistent and cost effective solutions
 Support business leaders in the solution development for RFI response, proposals development as well as practice development
 Participate or lead proof of concepts and prototypes
 Participate in and/or conduct design and code reviews
 Articulate the architecture/design in various UML/non-UML diagrams and guide the development team to implement the solution
 Strong leadership skills to bring all the stakeholders together; consensus builder and thought leader
 Pre-sales support, including architecture solution design and presentation

Required Skills:
 At least 5 years of experience as architect or lead architect on enterprise level applications
 At least 3 years of hands-on experience as architect or lead architect on SOA/BPM project implementation
 Be able to quickly understand the business requirements and help the various stakeholders in visualizing the solution
 Must be able to effectively lead and mentor the team on-the-ground to deliver the project
 Experience in IBM AIM product stack covering integration architecture components - WAS, WMB, MQ, WSRR, Datapower, WPS etc. is a must
 Have good understanding of integration concepts and be able to openly discuss and explain these and why they are important
 Ideally has delivered multiple projects end-to-end in this role
 Modeling techniques using UML. Should have working experience in Together, Rational or other major modeling tools
 Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA/SOMA) & Web Services
 Experience in Object Oriented Design. Should have developed solutions using Design Patterns
 Strong knowledge of J2EE and J2SE technologies
 WPS/BPEL implementation experience is a plus
 Lombardi related experience will be of definite advantage
 Ability to oversee the entire architecture of the organization and recommend areas of improvement
 Experience in dealing with clients to collect requirements, propose the architecture solution, and to calculate expected business benefits
 Excellent client engagement skills and presentation skills
 Strong team player and can work under pressure

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in architect or lead architect on enterprise level applications
English: Intermediate
