职位描述

Major Responsibility

Develops COCC mainland China Enterprise business strategy in financial segment, objectives and deployment plan.

Leads COCC Greater China Enterprise Networks business growth in financial segment to align with OCS & COC global enterprise strategy.

Creates and develops contact with existing and potential customers.

Identifies new business opportunities in China financial market to gain a more favourable position in the market, improve profitability or increase market share.

Executes COCC EN mainland China business KPI matrix.

Develops a network within the industry to aid in the understanding of emerging and unmet requirements and informs management of these industry or market conditions

Conducts briefings and technical meetings for top management and customer representatives.

Develops, oversees and directs the subordinates and grows talents


Performance Evaluation Criteria

Develop the sales plan and achieve the targets

Manage the team efficiently and keep tracking the team performance/progress

Timely report to supervisor


Key Decision Area

Project winning/bidding strategy

Decide in the customer demand management process if needed

Participate in the annual sales planning session

100% use the SFDC and TAS to manage the accounts

Good communication with plant quality, planning people, respond to customer quality issues within 48 hours and work with quality department to solve quality issues in a timely manner;

Effective ability to secure cooperation of others in getting the job done;

Demonstrate capable decision-making ability and follow through on actions.

Ability to translate customer requests into language that plants understand and follow-up to insure the plants are using the proper systems to meet customer requirements.


Education & Experience

Bachelor Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or business related

10 years above sales management experience in China DC business (multi-national company experience preferred)

Solid experience in financial segment will be a plus


Required Competency

Familiar with data center infrastructure and business

Good interpersonal communication skill

Good presentation skill

Good verbal and written in English

Good problem-solving skill

Initiative and eager to learn
