'1. 协助推动散装生意策略在区域的落地实施，确保散装生意目标的达成；
2.协助全国散装渠道经理对现有散装经销商进行有效管理，并通过新渠道的拓展开发更大更多更有质量的新的专业散装经销商；                                                                                                                                                                                                3. 对散装渠道的价格进行管控，确保生意的可持续发展；
4.与区域商贸、NBO团队、前线销售紧密沟通，确保散装计划的执行能落实到位，让市场有更多的散装门店，有散装的门店能有更多的散装陈列，在更多散装陈列的基础上提升可视度；                                               
5.协助管理区域散装TS费用，以确保散装费用的合理分配及使用效率；
6.协助前线及经销商管理好促销团队。

岗位要求：

'? 本科以上文凭，5年以上快消行业的生意管理经验，如有散装管理经验尤佳；                                                      

有1-3年经销商管理经验，善于与不同类型人打交道                                                                                                                                                                             
? 出色的沟通与协调管理能力及问题解决能力；
? 较强的生意敏锐及洞察力；
