职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of human resource demand, participate in the recruitment plan and organize the implementation

2. Development of the United States and European recruitment channels

3. Job analysis, complete job description and resume screening and recruitment test, interview, selection, hiring

4. To build up a talent pool and maintenance of candidate relations

Requirements:

1. He/she must be a team player who values accountability, integrity, quality, and has a strong sense of urgency;

2. Must have creative sourcing, cold calling, and networking techniques;

3. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English, oral and written;

4. Bachelor degree or above, about 3-5 years working experience major is not restricted;

5. Chinese people. must have overseas study background;
