The company:

Our client is an international high end watch brand, manufacturer, marketer and distributor of watch, jewellery and accessories. Currently, they require a Supply Chain Manager.


The role:

1 Overall responsible for supply chain functions including import and export, warehousing and distribution in China

2 Supervise purchasing and warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and enhance the efficiency;

3 Monitor sales forecast, stock level and analysis for better stock planning;

4 Responsible for cost control and negotiation with vendors;

5 Liaise with Headquarters, Regional Office, sales, logistics related units and external parties;

6 Handle enquiries related to transportation, distribution, customs, claims, trade compliance and etc.;

7 Reporting and evaluation on ongoing activities;

To be successful you will have:

l Degree holder in Logistics or related discipline;

2 Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in retail industry with at least 3 years in management level;

3 Preferably with purchasing and stock management experience with luxury products;

4 Familiar with importation procedure and China Custom regulations

5 Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

6 Experience in ERP system, Oracle is an advantage

7 Excellent organizational and able to work under pressure

8 Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

9 Excellent in written and spoken English
