职位描述： 1、有实际的大型奢侈品购物中心的企划、展店、招商和运营的能力； 2、负责采取有效措施推动区域销售目标达成及利润贡献； 3、负责渠道拓展、直营渠道的选址、意向加盟商的筛选、合同谈叛、签订等； 4、负责直营和未来加盟区域的整体市场工作计划的制定、部署及监督实施，提升品牌的知名度和认同度等； 5、执行销售队伍的培训销售配套活动，推进团队业绩的提升； 6、指导销售部进行商品调控和有效库存管理； 7、制订和执行公司战略规划及与日常营运作相关的制度体系、业务流程及零售管理相关手册，并监督下属执行；
任职要求： 1、营销、管理专业本科或以上学历； 2、10年工作经验，从事奢侈品运营管理工作5年以上，具有良好的团队合作精神，适应工作压力，有较强的语言能力； 3、熟悉行业动态及运营发展趋势； 4、形象气质好，沟通能力强，谈吐佳，擅长沟通协调； 5、精通中， 英，法，意大利文。至少精通两门。 6、良好的公关能力，商务谈叛能力优先。
