职位描述: 1、有实际的大型奢侈品购物中心的企划、展店、招商和运营的能力; 2、负责采取有效措施推动区域销售目标达成及利润贡献; 3、负责渠道拓展、直营渠道的选址、意向加盟商的筛选、合同谈叛、签订等; 4、负责直营和未来加盟区域的整体市场工作计划的制定、部署及监督实施,提升品牌的知名度和认同度等; 5、执行销售队伍的培训销售配套活动,推进团队业绩的提升; 6、指导销售部进行商品调控和有效库存管理; 7、制订和执行公司战略规划及与日常营运作相关的制度体系、业务流程及零售管理相关手册,并监督下属执行;
任职要求: 1、营销、管理专业本科或以上学历; 2、10年工作经验,从事奢侈品运营管理工作5年以上,具有良好的团队合作精神,适应工作压力,有较强的语言能力; 3、熟悉行业动态及运营发展趋势; 4、形象气质好,沟通能力强,谈吐佳,擅长沟通协调; 5、精通中, 英,法,意大利文。至少精通两门。 6、良好的公关能力,商务谈叛能力优先。
