_{Responsible for SEO/SEM/Display marketing analytics to support global Digital marketing. Base Shanghai, Market lead payment.}

_{Responsibilities are:}

_{1. Regualr business reporting: report the business performance on KPIs and provide insights into business operation.}

_{2. Business optimization: build mathematical model or data mining process to optimize the marketing spend, as to improve the efficiency}

_{3. Marketing campaign measurement: build methodology to measure the key marketing initiatives to provide suggestion and guidence}

_{4. Business forecasting: forecast the future business performance.}

_{5. Operation excellence: automate reporting , quality checking and other regular working progress.}

_{Requestments are:}

_{1. Strong business understanding to link the real business to analytics}

_{2. Strong business engagement skill to work remotely with key business partners}

_{3. Strong end to end problem solving skill to work independent}

_{4. SQL, SAS(or R) skill is required. VBA, Tableau and other reporting skill is preferred. Data warehousing experience is preferred}

_{5. MS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics is preferred}

_{6. 3+ year analytical related work experience required. Working experience or knowledge of search engine, search engine marketing, internet marketing is preferred}
