The Role:

Job specification:

• 精通相关专业的国家施工技术规范和质量验收规范；

Proficient in the national construction technical specifications and acceptance of construction quality

• 熟悉并掌握相关专业的工程材料的规格、型号、性能参数、质量合格标准；

Familiar with and master the engineering materials, specifications, models, performance parameters and the quality of the eligibility criteria

• 独立编写相关专业的施工方案

Writing the construction plan independently

• 熟悉相关专业施工机械及设备

Familiar with the construction machinery and equipment

• 掌握相关专业的测量技术和国家验收程序，会操作使用相应的仪器设备及整理竣工资料

Have measurement technology and the state inspection process, and can operate using the appropriate equipment and order completion information Key qualification:

• 大专以上，给排水等相关工程丏业毕业

College diploma or above in the discipline of Plumbing or in a similar engineering discipline

• 5年以上项目工作经验，参与国际性工程项目（工业厂房）者优先考虑

Above 5-year work experiences on project sites, preferring having international project experiences (in industrial engineering construction management)

• 熟悉国际工程项目执行体系，并有实践经历

Familiar with international engineering and project execution program/practice

• 具备良好的英文读写说表达能力(不是必须的)，有外资工程公司经验者优先
