China Legal Counsel
Location: Shanghai
Report Line: Directly report to Group Counsel, based in Australia
Our Client
Our client is a top3 constrcution company in the world.
Key Responsibilities
? As a member of the Asia and Asia-Pacific legal team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the review and negotiation of a range of engineering and construction management contracts for projects in China, Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong.
? The role is also expected to provide general legal advice on various commercial matters such as M&A projects in these same regions.
Successful Applicant
? At least 10 years of legal experience,in-house practice is preferred.
? Familiar with construction related contracts and rules.
? Strong negotiating skills is a must.
? Oversea education background is a plus, and could speak very fluent English.
? Must be willing to travel to the various offices in China and Hong Kong on a regular basis.
