Key Responsibilities主要职责:

l   Enhance the AP process to ensure the accuracy, internal control compliance and efficiency improvement;

l   Receive and review vendor invoice, performs invoice matching and VAT invoice management;

l   Review vendor payment terms prepare payment proposals and reconciliation assist with vendor enquiry handling;

l   Responsible for vendor master management, contract management, payment management;

l   Daily review AP Team entries in ERP system and ensure accuracy booking;

l   Timely Reconcile intercompany balance monthly;

l   Reconcile processed work by verifying entries, reconciling AP ledgers and preparing financial reports;

l   Prepare and provide AP reporting and documentation for period/year-end close, regular control of AP items according to global and audit requirement;

 

Candidate Experience and Qualification经验和资格要求:

1, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting;

2, At lease 3-5 years relevant work experience with multi-nationals;

3, Good financial analysis and strong business senses;

4, FMCG or Related industry experience;

5, Familiar with Kingdee/Oracle or another ERP system;

6, Good communication skills, hands-on, Drive improvements and can work under pressure and tight reporting deadline;
