BU Description
The ICS (IBM Collaboration Solutions) team is responsible for developing IBM's collaborative technology and solutions which are at the heart of IBM's Social Business solutions. Our ICS team in CDL is busy developing deeper responsibiilties across the portfolio as we work closely with the worldwide team to drive Social Business solutions in support of our cilents maximizing their business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Product Deliverables
Lead CDL Notes, iNotes, Sametime development, and test team to achieve product commitments
Provide strong leadership to support Agile model to deliver various product releases including major releases, fixpack and maintenance releases.
Continuously sync with stakeholders on the product strategy, vision, requirements and deliverables for each release.
Motivate team to innovate and improve development.
Manage team budget, including the resources, hardware, travel, and activity expenses.
Client Activity
Work closely with the field teams to support revenue growth and client satisfaction in the GCG and GMU market
Support lab advocate model to support Sales,CTPs, Lab Services teams to help customers and business partners ("unleash the lab").
Provide leadership for Notes/Domino GCG Design Partner program
People Management
Through mentoring , coaching and course training help grow teams to higher levels of technical and management.
Work collaboratively across ICS to support further growth and development of the lab.
Required Skills
Strong background in project and people management
Strong leadership skills for driving complex projects
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment across a worldwide team
Strong customer facing skills and experience
Excellent cross-team communication skill and ability to drive to close
Excellent presentation skills
Solid understanding of the Lotus portfolio
Good written and verbal English
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
