Job Description
- Work with IBM internal functions and customers to support business growth
- Analyzes available financial and industry data with the view to extending credit
- Responsible for credit write-ups and recommendations for credit limits
- Approves credit requests within the authorization levels
- Recommend alternatives or structure deals to mitigate credit risks
- Responsible for maintaining auditable files
- Responsible for understanding all policy/procedure manuals pertinent to the credit function
Required Skills
- Bachelor or above degree in Finance or Accounting
- Good accounting and financial analysis knowledge, and sound knowledge of business and corporate practices in the China market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadline pressure
- Strong team orientation in order to achieve company goals not directly related to the normal credit analyst duties
- Competent in managing priorities and work conflicts
- Ability to be innovative
- Fluent English communication skill
