-which is the origin of 60% of all commercial data available on the Internet
-which is used by almost all the Fortune 100 companies
Come to CSTL zSW/KVM team which was found in 2010 and will grow to 300 people by 2015.
With the customer enthusiastic and amazing growth hit in 2010, China System Technology Lab (CSTL) is growing up with more and more responsibilities in, we are expecting to play more important roles in architecture, design, implementation, quality assurance and analysis, customer support and marketing influence. As zSeries customers have moved into e-business, we are aiming to modernize the legacy applications to new deployment, optimize the workload and provide service through a heterogeneous private cloud.
Requirements:
For development team, we expect the talents with the following capabilities :
-z/OS background is preferred, but NOT a must
-Profound knowledge on operating system, development experiences on Linux/Unix are good as well
-Skills on any popular programming language or script, C/C++ or Java, Unix shell, etc
-Understanding on software development process and popular methodology, e.g. Agile
For testing team, we prefer the talents also with the following knowledge and skills:
-Knowledge on software test process and testing methodology
-Understanding on software quality metric
-Experiences or knowledge of any test automation tools, e.g. RFT, Robot, Silk, etc
Other Required skills
-Bachelor degree above, Master degree preferred, major in computer science, software engineering, or relative areas.
-Excellent oral and written skills in English
-Advanced Technical Leadership skills
-Team worker
-Faster learner
-Creative thinking
-Problem solving skills
