Job description
- Support GCG C&B operation in post HRMS enviroment, assist C&B IST program focals with Incident/CR/Manual Work around tracking, CCB review, follow up with solutions and pass on for GPS C&B for correction actions and operation updates.
- Support Contractor and Fix Term ESP which legacy tool was sunset and need IST mannual work to design/deploy budget table for cycle data distribution, collection and adjustment. Lead GPS C&B for data consolidation and verification.
- Support 5 New BPP process by program file management with work flow, SOD, Q&As, etc.
- Support GPS queries regarding issues and operational questions in terms of incidents/errors analysis, facilitate mannual work around review and approval with BPO/GPL.
- Support GCG C&B IST team for C&B program deployment, join team to execute and deliver employee compensation cycles (Performance Bonus, Employee Salary Program, Equity, Benefit), including facilitate HR Partner/manager briefings & training, management of exceptions, mid-cycle reporting on areas of concern in manager planning, and roll-up reviews.
- Supports / manages activities related to Business Controls/Audits/tools compliance, prepares and attends audits, SOX reviews, etc., responsible for HR BC relationship, gets input and sign-off from functional C&B and informs outcomes as appropriate
- Documents and maintains (local) process descriptions and HR web documentation
- Provide ad-hoc support to team on GCG C&B data request/analysis.
-Skilled and knowledgeable in areas of employee compensation and benefit programs and policies including Labor Relations implications
- Basic Understanding and working knowledge of compensation and benefits processes, project management, and supporting applications (e.g., MS excel or SAP)
- Strong data mining and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with AP/Global compensation teams, Reginal C&B professionals, HR Partners, and HR Service Delivery Center teams
- Understanding of business unit strategies / needs and how this translates into C&B programs
