About the role

This position is for capital budget/forecast control and actual capital spending analysis of all projects including new stores, remodels,relocation, reductions for Greater China and acting as the role of the administrator of project costing and project management system for capital control purpose. This role will interact with Construction, Design,IT, Loss Prevention, etc.

1. Upload capital budget and change the forecast in Oracle;

2. Finalize the actual cost for all projects including new opening stores, remodels and closure;
3. Allocate the capital working hours to each related department;
4. Communicate closely with US capital team to track the capital cost and solve any problem;
5. Work with sourcing team to verify the actual capital savings;
6. Support on the preparation of related capital reports, such as capital cash flow, capital budget and forecast
7. Support on streamline/improve the capital process;Support on analysis for business needs

Who you are

1)Knowledge,skills & abilities:

·Strong analytical skills;

·Effective communication skills;

·Familiar with Excel and PPT;

·Bilingual English and Chinese.

2) Minimum educational level:

·University degree with major in Finance or Accounting

3) Minimum experience:

·At least one year working experience
