Job description
Coordinate application enhancement/new launch/sunset and programming tasks
Ensure applications fulfill the access control by conducting CBN(continuous business need) test.
Prepare system documentation such as functional specification
Work closely with team members to clarify HR requirements and deliver projects on time
Work closely with support team to solve system problem
Maintain existing system enhancements and bug fixes
Required Skills
Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 2 years of working experience in Business Intelligence Analyst experience, preferably gained from HR or finance operation
Keen to target HR as long term career development industry
Sound knowledge in SAP preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish and build collaborative relationships with individuals across a broad range of functions
Aggressive and passion to gain projects experience
Proficient in English and Mandarin
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in HR Delivery related experience
English: Intermediate
Chinese simplified: Fluent

Master's Degree
