Job description
-Validates, maintains, and analyzes a variety of files, records and databases for customers, products, offerings and transactions.
-Analysis orders, contracts, loads data, follows up and update to related parties with delivery status and assist in collection of debts/accounts receivable.
-Handles more complex customer query requests and relationships.
-Maintains a working knowledge of fulfillment procedures and practices.
-Acts as interface between customer and IBM setting realistic expectations, resolving fulfillment related problems and providing support to customer ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
-Ensures resolution of fulfillment related problems and disputes.
-Understands and provides advice on IBM offerings and solutions. Prepares associated contracts and supplements and performs reconciliation in line with commitment periods and contract end.
-Maintains an awareness of contracts and communicates problems/issues to customers and appropriate IBM contact point.
-Maintains awareness of customer debt/accounts receivable status and initiates appropriate collection activities. Coordinates communication with customer and works with counterparts to resolve customer disputes and problems.
-Responds to customer fulfillment queries and ensures satisfaction with IBM fulfillment practices.
-Ensures compliance to all audit guidelines and adheres to all established processes
-Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
1. Bachelor degree or above in Law, Language, Accounting & Finance and Administration;
2. Excellent oral and written English;
3. Possesses professional knowledge related to the fulfillment position and team.
4. Responsible, enterprising, detail-oriented, good sense of business and control, able to accomplish tasks independently, Potential for leadership development;
5. Excellent communication skill;
6. Able to work under pressure, can fit into fast-paced work and meet tight deadlines;
7. Demonstrates ability to quickly absorb professional knowledge.
8. Experience in business operation/team leader preferred.
9. Global experience preferred.
10. SAP skill preferred.
