Job description
IBM HPC is an innovative and powerful solutions to show its leadership in the world, with earning three of the top four spots on the latest top500 list(www.top500.org). As a part of the world wide Team, we're seeking for talented, technically skilled test team lead who are expected to demonstrate strong and extensive Cluster and parallel file system testing leadership, and be well versed in being able to set up test environments, design and plan testing activity, develop test cases/scenarios/use cases, and/or execute required testing.
Responsibilities:
- Define and decide objectives within project and may have responsibility for tools and assigned resources
- Provide ongoing technical /operational guidance to lead professional work teams
- Advise other professionals. Effectively utilize group dynamics. Negotiate to define approaches and goals
- Provide feedback on usability, serviceability and reliability and report status to the appropriate audience
- Utilize expertise to directly influence people outside department or function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years in testing or software quality assurance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in leading team or project management with strong track record of technology staff
- Be familiar with testing methodologies, tools and techniques
- Strong programming skills in Shell/C on UNIX/Linux
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Self motivated
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
