Responsibilities:
As an IBM Enterprise Marketing Management Senior Consultant you will help our clients develop new strategies and solutions for their Marketing function. You will support them in integrating process, technology and information and build the foundation for improved efficiency and effectiveness in their Marketing functions and smooth integration with the other commerce functions. You will work in various industries, always with the objective to create value for our clients by improving their Marketing functions in a way which allows them to make the Smarter Commerce vision come true.

In addition to your consulting work you will be playing a key role in the Smarter Commerce business development activities for Enterprise Marketing Management topics. With your experience and expertise you are able to convince our clients of the value a partnership with IBM brings to their business.
Skill reuirement :
At least 7 years experience in implementing Marketing solutions in a lead role
- You have experience in business development for consulting services in the Marketing area
- You are an expert in one or several of the following topics: Campaign Management, Marketing Resource Management, Customer Insight, Customer Segmentation, Next Best Offer, Web Analytics, Online Marketing
- You have been involved in projects that improved processes in above areas with the use of technologies
- You have experience with Unica or a similar Enterprise Marketing Management product
- Ability to thrive in an intense team atmosphere, while making individual contributions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and to meet deadlines
- Passion for ideas, complemented with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
- Capacity to learn new assignments, systems and tools
- Interest and aptitude in technology tools and applications

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 7 years experience in Professional expertise
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent
