Role Description
The role is within IBM HR delivery organization, which provides HR delivery services to IBM employees/managers including Payroll, Employee Expense Reimbursement, HR accounting, Compensation & Benefits, Offboarding and final financial settlement, Employee Data Management, and HR application support. The purpose of this role is to provide support to management and coordinate cross function teams in HR delivery organization to make continuous improvement on delivery quality and productivity, as well as special projects which need involvement of different HR delivery teams and communicate with other departments.

Responsibilities
 Communicate with AP/Country focal, and understand the target of quality improvement and work out the plan;
 Ensure each HR delivery team to have full understanding on the quality targets, work with each team to make specific plan on quality initiatives;
 Regular communication with AP/Country quality team focal points, update the progress of quality improvement initiatives and ensure the completion of them with productivity increase and/or financial saving;
 Lead six sigma learning and projects to meet annual target;
 Analyze the figures of existing productivity of each team and identify the opportunities for productivity increase.
 Lead / Coordinate HR delivery teams on the initiatives for continuous improvement on the productivity, the initiatives include but not limited to automation, process re-engineering, process streamline, bright ideas, etc..
 Understand roles and responsibilities of each HR delivery team and coordinate the special projects which need cross teams involvement with clear project plan, management on the resources and progress, and follow up to ensure the successful completion of the projects;
 Communicate with other departments which have business relationship with HR delivery organization to monitor their service quality (when they are service provider) or report delivery results / service level (when they are "client"). And ensure timely and complete closure of open issues.
