Job description
IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in support of IBM production system/applications and services in Incentive area. The scope of this job role includes preparation for new or changed services, management of performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance. Typical examples of the deliverables are service-level reporting, risk, and contingency planning.
Required Skills:
Good execution and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Strong attention to details
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and set priorities
Experience responding to client concerns
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive self-starter
Familiar with IBM system like Notes, Bond, ERS etc is preferable
Understand IBM organization and business is an advantage
Familiar with Office Product like Excel, PowerPoint.
Required Language Skills
English : Fluent on writing and verbal communicayion skill.
