Job description
The Demand Programs (DP) Professional has end-to-end responsibility for program and campaign planning and execution. DP is accountable to the brand and customer set business for delivering agreed-to levels of program results. The DP Professional develops the overall program strategy supporting the business strategy and objectives, and integrates the right mix of marketing elements to drive Demand Generation for the offerings/solutions featured in the program. They create a program plan by gathering and synthesizing input from Market Management in the customer sets and/or brands supporting the program, and collaborate with marketing discipline peers to ensure program messages are consistent with the IBM Brand System and are well coordinated and timed in the marketplace. They create the 360-degree execution plan, have responsibility to manage the program budget to an expected ROI and achieve/exceed the program objectives, and they own and manage agency and vendor relationships in support of the integrated program plan.
