Position Summary

Provide a high leadership to manage the Customer Service team and Coordination team on line with the strategy of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage and train the customer services leaders and team

-To supervise and lead the customer monitoring operator on customer approach and effectively handling critical events incident.

- Collaborate closely with CRM and marketing team to secure the transfer to Customer Service

- Internal communicate with different departments, handle the complaints from both internal and external .

- Visit and contact the clients to understand their needs or inquiry of company’s services and work with different teams to meet the needs of the clients.

- Coordinate with different internal teams in establishing clear/efficient internal process and client’s procedures.

- Collect market information and to monitor the clients’ orientation.

- Participate to clients meeting

- Be the contact with other BV entities for follow up of global accounts

- Prepare and review team performance in weekly OPS meeting

- Team growth plan set up and proceeding,

- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

- Strong communication skills & coordination abilities.

- A good command of English in writing and speaking

- Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Patient and willing to work under big pressure

- Familiar with testing operation procedure and program requirement

- With creative idea to manage team and improve internal work flow

- With nice personality to combine team member

- Organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel,PPT

Education & Experience

- University Degree in Marketing / Language.

- At least 5+ years customer service experience,3+Leaders experience (in same field is a plus).

- Good knowledge of English.

- Good team leader and good team player.
