Job Summary   :  Manager Accounting GL/AR/AP .Finance Report and Analysis Report

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking up of Purchase invoices into JDE accounting system (3 ways voucher match) and UFIDA system.

• Reconciliation of AP Trade-company records monthly

• Reconciliation of JDE records to Supplier’s statement of accounts

• Sending out of goods received records to local suppliers.

• Checking of Received Not Voucher Report (RNV) monthly

• Dunning old invoice from supplier-trade.

• Custom duty invoice register.

• Preparation of all payments, bank draft and wire transfer,

• Entering of payment, bank draft, wire transfer into JDE and UFIDA accounting system

• Declaration of foreign currency transaction through SAFE internet system

• Filing of Unpaid Supplier Invoices

• Filing of Payments voucher and transfer account voucher.

• To be a back up for Accountant when assigned

• Assisting in other ad-hoc assignments
