We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global FMCG business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, Bulldog… just to name a few!). The role will be responsible for:

• Assist Marketing Director in formulating category growth strategy, strategic plan and annual growth plan, to help drive category penetration and brand equity
• Worked with headquarters to develop innovation strategy and implement innovation process, feed local insights and business requirements to global marketing team
• Lead China Sun Care and Skin Care Category activates of market researches, product planning, pricings, marketing communications, advertising, digital marketing, iWOM and promotions
• Liaise with agencies to develop brand marketing strategy, implement brand activation
• Analyze in-market performance, competitive intelligence and develop strategic implications to marketing planning and implementation
• Ensure continuous coordination in the planning and execution process with Sales, Trade Marketing and related key stakeholders to seek alignment
• Build relationships with strategic customers to maximize the organization's business interests

We are looking for someone who wants to further develop their career in consumer goods and has already had some experience working in Marketing or similar function either in a supplier, retailer or agency. Your experience is important, but it's paramount you share our values and belief in 'challenge to win’.

Here are some of the requirements we are looking for:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or English
• Verbal and written fluency in English and Chinese, with good communication skills
• 8-10 years of experience in brand marketing and innovation, referred in FMCG and consumer durable sectors
• Strong customer focus & business acumen, and digital savvy
• Understand and keep abreast of current social media trends
• Creative and innovative
• Self-motivated & a good team player
