Main Responsibilities:

1.To manage the assigned Global Strategic Accounts and aggressively grow the sales in profitable way;

2.Implement the sales strategy for the designated responsibility area based on the corporate strategy and in accordance with the executive manager and the Head of Sales Region 

3.Implement sales and action plans. 

4.Conduct a market analysis as well as develop and implement new product and marketing concepts together with business units

6.Ensure optimal customer service including personal relationship management and acquisition of new customers. 

7.Ensure and implement optimal process execution for customer projects as well as contract monitoring with possible interventions at the customer’s site. 

Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in machine engineering

? 5+ years sales experience and must be in project sales, solution sales, or key account sales

? Fluent in oral and written English

? Strong communication skill 

? Teamwork spirit and skill

? Good culture awareness and adaptation

? Entrepreneurship
