Sr. Marketing Manager - Enterprise SaaS Application will be responsible for leading multi-channel campaigns to drive lead acquisition as well as creating brand awareness. He/She will work closely with Product, Sales, Ecosystem&Channel and Operation teams to develop campaigns, content, and track performance. Successful candidates will be results-oriented and sales-focused, possessing the ability to test new demand generation tactics while creating a program that scales efficiently. The position requires a cross-functional leadership who has the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth for the business.
1、Define and own the trade show & event strategy for the B2B channel. Coordinate and manage all B2B industry-wide events and trade shows, including sponsorship, event planning, logistics and post-event analysis.
- Oversee project management for all B2B campaigns, KPI’s and events to ensure timely execution across various stakeholders and teams.
2、Organize client events, including client appreciation parties, information sessions, food trucks, team meeting.
3、Plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social, email and events, working closely with ad agencies and internal SEO/SEM team members.
4、Create and manage sales enablement efforts, including the development of sales toolkits, presentations and the execution of industry events.
5、Develop and maintain content development such as case studies, webinars, and PPT presentations.
6、Work closely with product and tech team to improve the B2B user experience and drive engagement through new product development and ongoing improvements.
7、Define and direct the messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation of the brand.
职位要求:
1、 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, communications, or other related field.
2、 5+ years in B2B demand generation role, SaaS experience preferred.
3、 Profound experience in leads generation for new product/feature/service.
4、Prior experience in marketing automation with strong familiarity with marketing tools (Salesforce, etc) preferred.
5、Strong communicator who has outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.
6、Ability to use analytics and data to tell a story, and report on content, social, and web performance, conversion ratios and other KPIs.
7、Strong collaborator as this person must work cross-functionally with the product, tech, ops and sales teams.
8、 Desire to be hands-on and innovate in a dynamic and fast-paced growth company.
