About the role

The Sales Specialist, Business Development on the Giftcard Team will be responsible for driving Gap China’s current Giftcard business growth in 3^rd party payment industry with supervision from line manager, including acquiring new account and expanding business with existing customers. It is important to note that the sales in this channel including both subsidy and small value Giftcard sales, which is important to the company traffic.

This role will interact with the extended China Leadership Team, the Marketing team, Operation team, eCommerce team and with Finance team.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the 3^rd party payment industry of the overall Giftcard sales and margin to ensure yearly target under supervision of the line manager.
• Be involved in annual and quarterly budget planning and performance tracking.
• Work closely with line manager to develop and execute sales plan that is consistent with the direction of the team’s business plan focusing on pursuing new customers and maintaining existing customers in the specified market. This include:

             o Develop lead conversion plan on a monthly basis covering acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing customers.

             o Well execute the plan to ensure target achievement.

             o Lead onsite activities including warming up activities with customers, execution team coordination, onsite individual customer development and etc.

• Troll customer and contact base to discover relationship opportunities
• Owns documentation, maintenance, and communication of site calendar and related weekly meeting.

• Highly detailed oriented, experience inmanaging project management and communication deliverables for multipleprojects at any given time
• Good oral/written communication,analytical and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Chinese, and basiccommunications skills in English.
• Self-motivated and driven. Ability towork well independently and within a group setting

2) Minimum Education Level

• University degree with marketing orbusiness management degree

3) Experience Required

• 3 + years of related experience
• Strong sales skills with provenexperience in related area
