Eaton Corporation located in has an opening for Manufacturing Engineering Manager.It is responsible for the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) new product manufacturing program in the plant from new product input and trial run to mass production. Act as business partner in formulating and pursuing the strategic goals for the business.
1. Lead the plant VFD engineering team to deploy, evaluate, improve and standardize the manufacturing, testing and quality system/ process for VFD new product input.

2. Work with the R&D team and plant engineering team to conduct the new product and manufacturing process validation during the trial-production phase.

3. Ensure the progress of every phase for VFD new product input in the plant according to the project schedule and cost forecast.

4. Continuous improve the process and resource allocation to achieve cost saving targets.

5. Lead the engineering team to identify and solve critical technical problems as internal consultant. Work with customers as needed on quality issues and business development.

6. Dedicated in the operational excellence for process/standards and continouse improvement especially in the phase of mass production.

7. Understand the Eaton Business System and drive the applicable elements through the organization.
8. Build the organizational capability in VFD field and high performance culture in the organization.



Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, 2. At least 7 years working experiences in powering manufacturing industry and at least 5 years VFD manufacturing background.
3. Familiar with VFD manufacturing process, test platform/system and quality system.
4. Good experiences in Lean product, Six Sigma, PFMEA, APQP, project management.
5. Professional in Validation method, process and tools.
6. Good communication, problem solving and results driving skills
7. Proven competency in motivating and effectively leading direct reports
8. Skilled at both of written and spoken English skills
