Duties & Responsibilities

1，Plan and make sure the technical projects proceed as schedule..

2，Develop new test capabilities。 Including to build the SOP, datasheet, report template, buy or design the equipment, training engieer, transfer properly all the necessities to operation, pass CNAS, UKAS, etc.

3，Do supplier analysis, check their quality and competence to provide service. Select and contact subcontracting laboratories, and supervise the process

4，Cope with client technical complaint, enquiry in terms of standards, failure, method, etc.

5，Help client build up enterprise standards.

6，Organize and support for necessary training on equipment and for related standards

7，To be the speaker of seminar.

Skills & Requirements

1 Familiar with the standards, directives, regulations etc. which is applicable for hardline and E&E products, for EU, US/North American, as well as Chinese domestic market.

2 Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 standard.

3 Technical understanding, knowledge and experience in electrical and/or mechanical and/or chemical engineering.

4 Able to work independently, willing to do OT and business trip if necessary.

5 Good written and spoken English, good communication skills.

6 Proactive, reliable and independent in solving problems and developing methods.

7 Cooperative, suitable for team work.

8 Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

Education & Experience

1， High Diploma / Degree and above

2， Above 3 years of lab working experience in related product category, at least 1 year testing experience

3， Above 1 year of working experience in project management
