Position Summary

？  Manage all team work smoothly, including Sample control/Login&out job;

Responsibility & Authority

？  Arrange team staff’s daily job and monitor them to follow up;

？  Coordinate with other department, including but not limited to production lines, customer service and other function groups to satisfy client’s needs;

？  Make annual plan about team improvement, including productivity and people improvement and training etc.;

？  Optimize workflow process to improve productivity;

？  Monitor team to finish daily job on time with quality;

？  Performance assessment for all team members on monthly basis and link  to personal KPI/monthly award;

？  Monitor team to implementation company’s HSE policy, escalate any potential safety issue in the responsible area;

Quality

？  Follow the internal quality system of CPS North China

？  Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

Skills & Requirements

？  Work under pressure, have the sense of responsibility,

？  Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred.

？  Good time management and communication skill;

？  Individual and Team work ethic.

？  Ability to solve problems and developing methods independently.

？  Ability to perform multiple tasks by manager request.

？  Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).

Education & Experience

？  Bachelor and above.

？  Good command of Written/Reading/Speaking English
