职位描述
Job Purpose
Lead cross functional engineers and CMs to achieve target.
This position is required to make China R&D team to be self-sustaining instead of depending on team in Belgium which is already very lead to support R&D.
Responsibilities
Works closely with Engineering to develop new products and sustain existing products.
Works closely with local contract manufacturers to bring new products into production.
Employ stage gate process and methodology to ensure successful project execution that meet time, schedule, and cost targets.
Leads regular update meetings with cross functional team and project sponsors
Manage cross functional teams
Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering
3-7 years of experience in project management.Consumer product industry experience preferred
1-3years of experience leading or managing engineering group is a plus
3-5 years of experience in engineering
Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of stage-gate product development process
Speak and write English proficiently
Experience within consumer electronics integrated with electro-mechanical components
Basic understanding of six sigma methodologies and quality systems preferred
Experience with MS office including MS Project.
PMI certified
Consumer Products Industry Experience
